Product Delivery Program Strategy Intern

About the role#

The Product Delivery Program Strategy Intern supports the development and implementation of standardized processes within the product delivery operating model. You will work closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to document workflows, assist with process improvement initiatives, and contribute to the creation of training and support materials used throughout the product delivery lifecycle.

What you'll do#

• Document current product delivery processes and identify opportunities for standardization.
• Create process guides, templates, and training materials.
• Track and analyze product delivery metrics and performance indicators.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and workshops.
• Conduct research on industry best practices in product delivery and program management.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and communications for leadership.
• Coordinate meetings, track actions, and maintain project documentation.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Social Studies, Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Environmental Studies, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
• Must be continuing education toward a degree during or after the internship.
• Basic understanding of project management, product management, or business process improvement concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize information, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or equivalent productivity software.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
