About the role#
This internship with PACCAR Parts provides hands-on experience in aftermarket operations. You will work at our headquarters in Renton, WA, alongside managers and industry professionals. You will support key initiatives in Warranty, EZTrac Core Returns, and Credits & Returns while gaining exposure to supply chain support, business analytics, and process improvement.
What you'll do#
- Analyze reverse logistics data to find trends and operational efficiencies.
- Support teams with reporting, project coordination, and process documentation.
- Create and improve dashboards and business metrics to monitor performance.
- Review return transactions, warranty claims, and core recovery activity to identify improvements.
- Map and document current and future-state workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Service, IT, and Parts Distribution Centers.
- Test and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
- Research the root causes of recurring issues and suggest corrective actions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in college, with junior or senior standing preferred.
- Interest in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Logistics, Engineering, or Data Analytics.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other data analysis tools is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a team-oriented environment.
- Relevant coursework or prior internship experience.

- Compensation: Undergraduate students earn $25.00 per hour, and graduate students earn $30.00 per hour.
