About the role#
PACCAR Parts is offering a summer internship within the Fleet Services team at our headquarters in Renton, Washington. You will work alongside managers and senior staff on initiatives focused on program development, revenue growth, and operational efficiency. This role provides direct exposure to business analytics and cross-functional project execution.
What you'll do#
- Analyze fleet and dealer performance to find opportunities for revenue growth and margin improvement.
- Evaluate sales mix, pricing, and program performance.
- Build and improve Tableau dashboards and reporting tools.
- Coordinate with Fleet Services, Pricing, and other internal teams on key projects.
- Identify ways to improve Fleet Services processes and program execution.
- Prepare fleet-specific reports and conduct ad hoc analysis.
- Maintain resources and information for our dealer network.
- Coordinate fleet program integrations and maintenance.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college program, with junior or senior standing preferred.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
- A strong interest in sales and marketing careers.
- Relevant coursework or previous internship experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well in a team.

- Compensation: Undergraduate students earn $25.00 per hour; graduate students earn $30.00 per hour.
