About the role#
This summer internship offers hands-on experience in pricing strategy, business analytics, and process improvement. You will work with Fleet Services, Pricing, Analytics, and Materials Management professionals to support large commercial fleets. You will collaborate with managers and senior leaders on business initiatives, use tools like Tableau and Salesforce, and lead a summer project focused on a real business challenge. You will also build professional relationships through mentorship and networking.
What you'll do#
- Support fleet pricing initiatives such as market basket development, pricing standardization, and customer pricing analysis.
- Analyze customer, sales, and pricing data to find business trends and growth opportunities.
- Create and improve Tableau dashboards and business intelligence solutions.
- Present data-driven recommendations to Fleet Services leadership.
- Contribute to process improvement and business optimization projects.
- Maintain and improve fleet customer information and digital resources.
- Assist with dealer and fleet communication initiatives and fleet-specific programs.
- Support executive presentations and business reviews.
- Work on cross-functional projects with Pricing, Analytics, Marketing, and Materials teams.
- Assist with Multi Service and other fleet-focused initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college degree program in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Marketing, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Junior or senior standing is preferred.
- Strong interest in Business Analytics, Pricing, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, or Data Analytics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- Self-motivated mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Team-oriented approach with strong collaboration skills.
Location & details#
- Location: Renton, Washington.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $25.00/hour for undergraduate students and $30.00/hour for graduate students.
