About the role#
This summer internship at the PACCAR Vehicle Support Center in Renton, WA, focuses on optimizing technical assistance operations. You will support strategic business decisions by using data-driven methodologies to analyze real-world information. You will work directly with managers and senior leadership while building professional connections through company-wide mentoring partnerships.
What you'll do#
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders to improve business processes.
- Review and analyze department operations within a CRM system.
- Develop and update dashboards to visualize customer experience metrics.
- Propose and create data-driven business solutions.
- Use SQL, Tableau, Snowflake, Python, or Streamlit to provide insights and automate tasks.
- Lead or contribute to Six Sigma projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in college, with junior or senior standing preferred.
- Majors in Business Administration, Data Science, or Computer Science.
- Relevant coursework or prior internship experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- A team-oriented, self-motivated, and energetic approach to work.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a changing environment.
Location & details#
- Location: Renton, Washington.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $25.00 per hour for undergraduate students or $30.00 per hour for graduate students.
