About the role#
PACCAR Parts is offering a summer internship in Customer Experience Analytics at our headquarters in Renton, Washington. You will work directly with one of our Customer Experience departments to gain hands-on exposure to our business processes. This role provides the opportunity to learn from managers and senior leaders while building professional mentoring relationships.
What you'll do#
- Interface with dealers and end customers to assist with daily business operations.
- Review and analyze current processes to find areas for improvement.
- Develop and update dashboards that track customer service data.
- Refine existing dashboards to ensure they are visually clear and easy to navigate.
- Use SQL and Python to generate business insights and automate internal processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in college, with a preference for junior or senior standing.
- Relevant coursework or prior internship experience.
- Strong PC skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- A team-oriented mindset and a self-motivated approach to work.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.

- Compensation: $25.00 per hour for undergraduate students or $30.00 per hour for graduate students.
