About the role#
This summer internship offers experience in the development, launch, and improvement of aftersales service programs. You will work with the Aftersales Service Development team to support PACCAR dealers, fleets, and independent service providers. This role provides insight into how service solutions are created and scaled across a global network.
What you'll do#
- Gather business requirements, document processes, and organize project information.
- Help define and implement support, training, and other aftersales programs to improve customer experience and network performance.
- Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to identify industry practices.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Analyze customer activity, including diagnostic tool usage and parts purchasing trends.
- Use data to identify opportunities for parts sales growth.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in college, with preference for junior or senior standing.
- Majors in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Marketing.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A team-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Relevant coursework or prior internship experience is preferred.

- Location: Lewisville, Texas.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: On-site, full-time.
- Compensation: $25.00 per hour for undergraduate students; $30.00 per hour for graduate students.
