About the role#
As a Technology Intern, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting projects that drive our business operations. You will work alongside experienced professionals and business partners to contribute to real-world technology initiatives. This program includes professional development, cross-training, and team-building activities with the 2027 internship cohort. You will complete a meaningful project that contributes to the goals of the Technology team.
What you'll do#
- Support technology projects and initiatives within an assigned functional area.
- Assist with the development, testing, implementation, or improvement of technology solutions.
- Gather, organize, and analyze data to support technology and business decisions.
- Assist with troubleshooting, research, documentation, and process improvement activities.
- Support software, systems, applications, or infrastructure projects.
- Assist with cybersecurity initiatives, research, monitoring, or documentation.
- Collaborate with technology professionals and business partners across the organization.
- Participate in meetings, project planning, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Create or maintain technical documentation, reports, presentations, and other project materials.
- Research emerging technologies and industry practices related to your projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve technology processes, systems, or user experiences.
- Participate in professional development opportunities, lunch and learns, and intern activities.
- Maintain accurate records and follow company policies, procedures, and security standards.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled as a rising Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Demonstrated academic success with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- A desire to build a professional network and gain hands-on work experience.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- You must be able to work on-site at our Collierville Home Office in Tennessee for the duration of the program.
