About the role#
The Marketing Analytics team at Open Road Integrated Media Inc. focuses on using performance data to optimize marketing efforts and drive revenue growth. This paid, part-time internship offers hands-on experience in strategizing and executing retail promotions and digital advertising campaigns. You will work closely with the Marketing Analytics Director, the Growth Marketing Manager, and the Marketing Analytics Coordinator. This position is available for the Fall 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Gather data and prepare reports on various marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Assess campaign results to derive actionable insights and identify trends.
- Plan and execute digital ad campaigns, including writing copy, determining targeting, and developing creative assets.
- Measure the impact of digital marketing efforts using internal and third-party tools.
- Verify marketing campaign information for internal platforms.
- Assist the team with ad-hoc research and analysis projects.
What you'll need#
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- Two or more years of experience with Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and charts.
- Working knowledge of data analytics tools such as Tableau, SQL, and Python.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, such as Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Creative experience with Canva and in-app image or video editing.
- Interest in the publishing industry and a passion for books.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business Administration, Communications, or Graphic Design.
Location & details#
- This is a hybrid role based in New York, New York.
- In-office attendance is required at least two days per week.
- The position is paid at $17.00 per hour for up to 30 hours per week.
