About the role#
We are looking for a Customer Operations Data Analyst Intern to join our team for the Winter 2027 term. This position supports our customer operations group by providing data analysis, reporting, and operational insights. You will work directly with business data and collaborate with internal teams, with opportunities to communicate with external customers.
What you'll do#
- Collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions and customer operations.
- Create reports, summaries, and presentations that turn data into clear insights.
- Share your findings with internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Help track key operational and customer-related metrics.
- Learn and use our internal systems, tools, and business processes.
- Work across different functions to support customer needs and improve how we operate.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program for Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- An organized, detail-oriented approach and comfort working with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with supply chain or customer operations is a plus.

- This is an on-site internship based in Scottsdale, Arizona.
- The role is part-time and paid.
