About the role#
The Quality Engineering intern will join the Corporate Quality Team for a 12-week program during the summer of 2027. You will assist with the evaluation of product design and performance, including hands-on installation and testing. This role involves working in both production and office environments to support key quality initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Support the Quality Product Approval process (PPAP).
- Review and analyze data regarding product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct and support product design validation testing.
- Support product measurement systems, such as CMM.
- Develop Quality Management system documents and procedures.
- Create Standard Operating Procedures and audit plans.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering, Physics, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with specific expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
- High energy and an assertive approach to tasks.
- Comfort working in small groups as a team member.
