About the role#
NVIDIA is looking for interns for the Developer and Performance Technology team for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site internship based in Santa Clara, California. You will work on projects that impact our business while gaining hands-on experience with our deep learning and performance engineering teams.
What you'll do#
- Run performance, image quality, and power tests for professional visualization and AI applications.
- Configure computer systems with the necessary hardware and software to execute benchmarks.
- Develop and maintain test systems for data collection and benchmarking.
- Plan and execute GPU performance benchmarking across high-performance computing and deep learning frameworks.
- Aggregate, analyze, and generate reports based on testing data to support internal teams.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a B.S. or M.S. degree program in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Your resume or CV must clearly indicate your anticipated graduation date.
- Experience with Linux and Python scripting or debugging.
- Course or internship experience related to GPU programming or GPU-accelerated deep learning frameworks.
- Knowledge of benchmarking and performance testing methodologies.

- Compensation: This is a paid internship with an hourly rate range of 20 USD to 71 USD, depending on the position, location, school year, degree, and experience. Intern benefits are included.
