About the role#
Nova-Tech Engineering offers a full-time, paid Co-Op program for students pursuing an Electrical Engineering degree. This role is based on-site in Willmar, Minnesota. You will work 40 hours per week for a period of 6 to 9 months. We are looking for students available for terms starting in Winter, Summer, or Fall 2027.
What you'll do#
- Build working relationships with members of a cross-functional team.
- Identify areas for professional development outside of your core curriculum.
- Develop a general understanding of the roles, processes, and procedures that support product development.
- Prioritize competing tasks and project responsibilities to meet objectives on time.
- Develop an understanding of specific skill areas and disciplines within Electrical Engineering.
- Learn to use an Agile Scrum framework to complete work in a collaborative team environment.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering.
- You are entering your Junior or Senior year of college.
