About the role#
Nova-Tech Engineering offers a full-time, paid Co-Op program for students pursuing Electrical Engineering degrees. You will work on-site in Willmar, Minnesota, to gain practical experience in manufacturing processes and product development. This role is open to students entering their Junior or Senior year of college.
What you'll do#
- Build working relationships with members of a cross-functional team.
- Use the Agile Scrum framework to complete collaborative work.
- Learn to prioritize competing tasks and project responsibilities to meet objectives on time.
- Gain an understanding of the roles, processes, and procedures that support product development.
- Identify areas for professional development outside of your core curriculum.
- Explore specific skill areas and disciplines within Manufacturing Engineering.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Electrical Engineering degree program.
- Status as an incoming Junior or Senior student.
Location & details#
- Location: Willmar, MN (On-site only).
- Schedule: 40 hours per week.
- Duration: 6 to 9 months.
- Terms available: Winter 2027, Summer 2027, and Fall 2027.
