About the role#

What you'll do#
- Complete a structured training program to learn core banking functions.
- Rotate through various positions to apply new skills in a practical setting.
- Serve as a backup for other team members as needed.
- Learn the Bank's products and services to help customers.
- Follow federal, state, and local laws, as well as the Information Security Program.
- Participate in audits, exams, and third-party reviews.
- Represent the Bank in the community.
- Attend meetings and pursue continuing education to build your career.
What you'll need#
- An Associates degree or a combination of education and up to one year of related experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, and government regulations.
- Proficiency in writing reports, procedure manuals, and business correspondence.
- Math skills including algebra, geometry, and the ability to calculate figures like interest and percentages.
- Analytical skills to define problems, collect data, and draw conclusions.
- A valid driver’s license and the willingness to travel to outlying branch areas.
- Ability to present information effectively and answer questions from customers and staff.
