About the role#
This internship offers an 8-10 week experience within our industrial development team. You will work on real projects to gain exposure to the real estate development process.
What you'll do#
- Assist with project due diligence, including market research and preliminary budgeting.
- Track development schedules and update timelines for key milestones.
- Coordinate and gather bids for pre-construction activities.
- Support permit applications and organize documentation for approvals.
- Contribute to project reporting and participate in team meetings.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- You are energetic, resourceful, and eager to learn.
- Ability to approach problems both logically and creatively.
- Comfort working independently and as part of a team.
