About the role#
As an Audit Intern, you will join our team for a ten-week program in Chicago. You will work on day-to-day tasks alongside your team while participating in professional development workshops, networking events, and leadership sessions. This role is designed to help you build relevant skills and gain exposure to our global business operations.
What you'll do#
- Validate the effectiveness of business unit controls and provide guidance.
- Interact with stakeholders to understand the oversight of accounting and financial infrastructures.
- Create and run formal reports.
- Develop professional skills specific to your assigned area of audit.
- Compile a summary of findings and recommendations for review.
- Work toward becoming proficient in all areas of the job.
What you'll need#
- Pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and Summer 2028.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Curiosity about financial markets and the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical, data interpretation, problem-solving, critical thinking, and strategic thinking skills.
- Foundational knowledge of accounting and financial principles.
- Ability to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chicago, Illinois.
- The role is paid at a rate of $30.00 per hour.
- Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
