About the role#
The North Shore Navigators are looking for a Director of Baseball Operations intern to support our coaching staff. You will work with our analytics team to prepare daily reports on opponents and our own players. This role involves managing technology platforms and communicating key metrics to the MLB scouting community.
What you'll do#
- Prepare daily reports for the coaching staff regarding player and opponent performance.
- Manage our X page to share information on starting pitchers and game metrics with MLB scouts.
- Operate TrackMan Baseball and Synergy Sports technology during all home games at Fraser Field.
- Collaborate with the coaching staff to develop game strategies.
- Oversee technology platforms and transfer data for review by the coaching staff, the NECBL, and our data partners.
- Serve as a secondary official scorekeeper using PrestoStats.
What you'll need#
- Experience working with a baseball-centric analytics team.
- Strong knowledge of baseball statistics.
- Ability to serve as a secondary official scorekeeper.
- Academic background in Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science.

- This is an on-site, full-time, paid internship based in Lynn, Massachusetts.
- The position operates on a rolling term.
