About the role#
We are looking for an AI Implementation Intern to help us apply artificial intelligence across our business and operations. This is an on-site role based in our Maple Grove office. You will gain hands-on experience by working with our Marketing, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Quality, and Finance teams to identify and support AI-enabled solutions that improve efficiency and business performance.
What you'll do#
- Identify, evaluate, and implement AI use cases across various business and operational functions.
- Assist with initiatives like process automation, workflow optimization, and data analysis.
- Research AI tools and platforms relevant to manufacturing and business operations.
- Partner with Quality and Finance teams to ensure AI outputs maintain accuracy, traceability, and compliance.
- Test and refine AI outputs to ensure they align with business needs and data integrity.
- Document processes and lessons learned to support organizational adoption.
- Communicate your findings, insights, and recommendations to project leaders and senior stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
- A strong interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and digital transformation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in an on-site, cross-functional environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident to comply with ITAR requirements. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
