About the role#
This internship in the Member Support division is an entry-level role focused on Operations solutions. You will work on-site at our Lake Saint Louis, Missouri, office. The role involves a moderate level of customer interaction and collaboration with support teams and software engineers to resolve issues. This is a paid, full-time position for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Provide support to internal and external customers.
- Assist with ongoing projects to help reach completion.
- Follow up with customers regarding requests and procedures.
- Gather, maintain, and audit customer configurations.
- Participate in testing new product developments, enhancements, and documentation.
- Use support tools as directed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Associate or Bachelor's degree program in a computer or business-related field.
- Strong customer orientation and attention to detail.
- Research and problem-solving skills.
- Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt to change and manage priorities.
- PC skills.
- Ability to explain technical solutions to technical and non-technical users.
