About the role#
This is a full-time internship within our Member Support division, focusing on energy solutions. You will work alongside support teams and software engineers to resolve issues. This role involves a moderate level of customer interaction and requires clear communication and documentation. You will report to a Support Team Lead or the Support Manager.
What you'll do#
- Provide support to internal and external customers.
- Create and route support cases.
- Assist with maintaining and organizing electronic documents.
- Help with upgrade requests and iVUE Connect Marketing form updates.
- Build cases for funding issues and maintain Provisioning audit exceptions.
- Use AI tools to assist with problem-solving.
- Follow directions to use all provided support tools.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Associate or Bachelor degree program in a computer or business related field.
- Strong research, problem-solving, and PC skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Ability to adapt to change and interact positively with others.
- Capacity to explain technical solutions to both technical and non-technical users.
- Commitment to maintaining professionalism, ethical behavior, and confidentiality.

- Modality: This is an on-site role. We cannot support remote work.
