About the role#
This is a rotational internship program focused on Treasury Management and Merchant Services. You will gain exposure to commercial banking, payments technology, and relationship management. You will work on projects that support business initiatives and help with the implementation of payment solutions for our clients.
What you'll do#
- Assist Treasury Management Analysts and Consultants with client research and proposals.
- Support merchant onboarding, application processing, and implementation coordination.
- Create spreadsheets, reports, and tracking tools to manage the business pipeline.
- Gather data and perform analysis to support ongoing business initiatives.
- Present your findings and project recommendations to leadership.
- Help with administrative and operational tasks within the Treasury and Merchant Services teams.
What you'll need#
- You are an active student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- You can perform basic financial and quantitative analysis.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
