About the role#
The Human Resources Intern will gain experience across multiple HR functions, including talent acquisition, payroll, benefits, and learning and development. You will support Nicolet National Bank employees and managers while developing a broad understanding of daily operations within a banking environment.
What you'll do#
- Manage the on-boarding and off-boarding process for employees, including communication across departments.
- Run the full-cycle recruitment process, from screening resumes to conducting candidate interviews.
- Handle assigned payroll-related transactions within the HRIS.
- Coordinate employee learning programs and manage training materials.
- Maintain learning records and resources within the Learning Management System (LMS).
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program for Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- In-depth knowledge of banking positions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is required, and experience with Paycor is preferred.
