About the role#
This paid internship provides a supervised, hands-on learning experience in broadcast media production. Interns may work within departments such as News, Creative Services, Production, or Community Development. At the conclusion of the program, participants receive a written performance evaluation from their supervisor.
What you'll do#
- Participate in a structured, supervised learning environment.
- Collaborate with team members across various media production tasks.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to different project needs.
What you'll need#
- Must be a full-time student currently attending an IBA Member school.
- Completion of at least 60 college credit hours.
- Minimum overall GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.
- Currently studying broadcasting, journalism, media studies, or a related communications field.
- Ability to maintain a flexible shift schedule.
- Previous internship experience is considered a plus.
