About the role#
This internship provides a supervised learning experience in broadcast media. You will work within departments such as news, creative services, production, or community development. Your supervisor will provide a written review of your performance at the end of the term.
What you'll do#
- Participate in daily operations under supervision.
- Collaborate with team members on various media projects.
- Apply your academic knowledge to real-world production tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current full-time enrollment at an IBA member school.
- Completion of at least 60 college credit hours.
- A minimum 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
- Enrollment in a broadcasting, journalism, or media studies program.
- Ability to maintain a flexible shift schedule.
- A collaborative mindset and a desire to learn.
- Previous internship experience is a plus.

- This role is based in Indianapolis, Indiana.
- The position is on-site and paid.
- Internships follow a rolling schedule.
