About the role#

Nexstar Media Group, Inc. is offering an unpaid internship for the Fall 2026 term. This full-time position is based on-site in Raleigh, North Carolina, and is open to students majoring in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, Business Administration, or Psychology.

What you'll do#

Assist in producing content for various media platforms.
Support daily operations of television projects.
Research and gather information for news stories.
Collaborate with production teams.
Participate in creative brainstorming sessions.

What you'll need#

Interest in local and national news.
Interest in sports and entertainment content.
Familiarity with television broadcasting.
Experience or interest in digital media production.
Understanding of programming production.
