About the role#
This is a paid, full-time Software Engineer Internship for Summer 2027 within the Technology, Data, AI, and Ventures organization. You will work on software applications that support business and customer needs while gaining hands-on experience in a professional financial services environment.
What you'll do#
- Design, develop, and enhance software applications to meet business requirements.
- Build and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions using modern programming languages and cloud-native technologies.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Translate requirements into modular, testable components.
- Apply Agile and DevOps practices to deliver features efficiently.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C, C++, Java, or C#.
- Strong understanding of Linux/Unix and Windows environments.
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, database concepts, and scripting.
- Ability to work full-time for the duration of the internship.
- Authorization to work in the United States without employment-based sponsorship.
