About the role#
As an HR Analytics Intern, you will gain professional experience and industry insight by working on special projects within our team. You will perform meaningful work alongside experienced professionals to understand our operations, methodology, and tools. This is a paid, full-time, on-site position based in Columbus, Ohio.
What you'll do#
- Manage and complete assigned projects in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate directly with a department mentor to set goals and track your progress.
- Analyze workforce and employee data to assist the organization in making informed talent decisions.
- Develop a working knowledge of NetJets operations and business approaches.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program working toward a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, and PivotTables.
- Experience with basic data analysis techniques.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
