About the role#
Join our team as an Experience Analyst Summer Associate for a 12-week program running from May 2027 to August 2027. This is a full-time, on-site internship where you will move beyond observation to solve real business problems. You will work alongside professionals to improve products, processes, and experiences while learning how large organizations manage technology, risk, and operations. The program concludes with a capstone presentation where you will share your project, research, and recommendations.
What you'll do#
- Analyze business processes to find ways to make them simpler and more effective.
- Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to understand business challenges.
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Use data and research to uncover insights and support your recommendations.
- Map member and employee experiences to identify improvement opportunities.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, brainstorming, and solution-design discussions.
- Support the testing and implementation of new products or technology.
- Create dashboards, process maps, and presentations to communicate your work.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university with an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- Majors in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields are welcome, though we consider students from all backgrounds.
- Curiosity and a strong initiative to learn new things.
- Ability to solve problems and work through complex information.
- Clear communication skills and an interest in collaborating with diverse teams.
- Comfort with learning new technology and taking ownership of your work.

- This is an on-site role located in Vienna, VA, Pensacola, FL, or Winchester, VA.
- The internship is a paid, full-time position.
