About the role#
This is a 10-day state certified nurse aide training program at NHC HealthCare Columbia. This is a paid, full-time, on-site opportunity offered on a rolling basis. Upon successful completion of the course, employment opportunities may be available.
What you'll do#
- Attend all classes without absence or tardiness.
- Follow the course curriculum throughout the 10-day program.
- Participate in required clinical training.
- Maintain a minimum grade average of 85 to continue in the course.
- Complete a criminal background check and registry screening.
What you'll need#
- Completed application.
- Valid photo identification.
- Social Security card.
- Ability to purchase one set of scrubs to wear daily.
- A $40 deposit for books and supplies, which is returned upon graduation.
- Eligibility for admission based on background check and registry status.

- Location: Columbia, Tennessee.
- Selection is based on facility need, shift availability, entrance exam scores, flexibility, work history, and attitude.
