About the role#
This internship is a three-month development program during the summer of 2027. You will work alongside experienced engineering consultants, project managers, and subject matter experts. The role focuses on building technical skills while developing a consultant mindset through meaningful project work.

What you'll need#
- Progress toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in the field through internships, volunteering, or organization memberships.

- Proficient communication and presentation skills.
- A resilient, solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Work Modality: Hybrid, with a minimum of three days per week in the office.
