About the role#
The Video Editor Intern will focus on visual storytelling through creative producing, shooting, and editing. This role supports the coverage of live games, long-form, and short-form creative content centered on athletes and teams. You will work alongside senior editors and production staff to develop engaging content for various platforms.
What you'll do#
- Tell visual stories through creative editing and producing.
- Sync and log footage within Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Generate story string-outs, scene cutdowns, and digital clips for documentary, news, studio, and social media productions.
- Assign metadata to gameplay highlights in Dalet Flex.
- Capture supporting elements to assist post-production staff.
- Edit complete packages under the direction of the post-production team.
- Propose new methods to utilize social media through video content.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate or graduate student.
- At least 1 year of experience in editing, shooting, or production.
- Working experience with Adobe Creative Suite and industry-standard camera equipment.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Knowledge of Dalet Flex is considered a plus.

- Compensation: $18.40 per hour.
