About the role#
The Membership Services Intern supports the department by executing events, programs, and receptions for season ticket members. This role focuses on providing high-quality customer service to the season ticket base while assisting with daily administrative objectives and digital marketing efforts.
What you'll do#
- Plan and execute season ticket member events and receptions, including setup and breakdown.
- Engage directly with season ticket members at events to enhance the fan experience.
- Manage inventory for promotional items, giveaways, and member gifts.
- Support the department with daily objectives, renewal campaigns, and off-season planning.
- Create content for the bi-weekly member newsletter and manage digital marketing for events using Eloqua.
- Conduct research to identify new event opportunities and local business partnerships.
- Perform post-event analysis and recaps.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate or graduate student, ideally in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Psychology.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Google Docs.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion with sensitive information.

- Location: Washington, District of Columbia.
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Part-time, seasonal, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Status: Paid internship.
