About the role#
The Minnesota Wild is seeking a Video Production Intern for the Minnesota Major League Volleyball team. This full-time, paid internship focuses on capturing and producing video content for digital, social, and partner platforms. You will support team coverage, player storytelling, and corporate partnership deliverables while maintaining brand visual standards.
What you'll do#
- Shoot and edit breaking news, including coverage of team practices and game days.
- Capture and edit video footage for team and player coverage.
- Apply consistent branding principles to all video and social media content.
- Support all corporate partnership video deliverables.
- Assist production personnel with assigned editing projects.
- Learn and utilize content management systems for encoding and posting.
- Edit multiple video productions for digital platforms in a timely manner.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree in Video Production, Film Studies, Mass Media, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least two years of experience in video production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and experience editing for electronic or digital media.
- Technical skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects are preferred.
- Strong ability to operate multi-format video cameras, manage lighting, and handle audio.
- Knowledge of volleyball and sports in general.
- Ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Location: Saint Paul, Minnesota.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Availability: Must be able to work all 2027 Minnesota Major League Volleyball home matches, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physical requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks such as walking, standing, bending, and climbing.
