About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience supporting Human Resources priorities at our Pendleton facility. You will work on projects that contribute to business goals while developing your skills in problem solving and teamwork. This is a full-time, paid position lasting 11 to 12 weeks during the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support daily HR activities and key department projects.
- Conduct research, data reviews, and analysis to help inform business decisions.
- Create reports, presentations, and process documentation.
- Work with team members and stakeholders across the company.
- Find ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.
- Present your findings and recommendations to the team.
What you'll need#
- Working toward a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong attention to detail plus good organizational and communication skills.
- Preference is given to candidates with prior internship experience or exposure to HRIS platforms, recruiting, onboarding, or employee engagement.
