About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience within a manufacturing environment. You will work on projects that support business priorities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build skills in problem solving and teamwork. This is a full-time, paid position lasting 11 to 12 weeks during the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support daily manufacturing activities and specific projects.
- Conduct research, data reviews, and analysis to help inform business decisions.
- Assist in creating reports, presentations, and process documentation.
- Partner with team members and stakeholders across the organization.
- Identify ways to improve processes or increase efficiency.
- Present your project findings and recommendations to the team.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit or completion of a BS in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong organizational, communication, and detail-oriented skills.
- Experience or exposure to data analysis, PowerPoint, process documentation, and manufacturing operations.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement tools.
- Previous internship, project, or relevant work experience.
