About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience supporting human resources priorities at four Milliken plants in LaGrange. You will work on projects that contribute to business operations while building skills in problem solving and teamwork.
What you'll do#
- Support daily human resources activities and key projects.
- Conduct research, data review, and analysis to inform business decisions.
- Assist in the creation of reports, process documentation, and presentations.
- Work with stakeholders and team members across the organization.
- Identify ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.
- Present your project findings and recommendations to the team.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of or completion of a BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and attention to detail.
- Exposure to HRIS platforms, recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, training, or employment compliance is preferred.
- Prior internship or relevant project experience.
