About the role#
As a Data Analysis Engineering Intern, you will work within the yield analysis department to improve next generation memory solutions. You will focus on accelerating cell cycles of learning by developing inline prediction models for end of line cell performance. This role involves collaborating with teams in process integration, process engineering, and data science to optimize device performance and measurement strategies.
What you'll do#
- Review and analyze experimental data to identify device performance shifts.
- Recognize and report process anomalies to relevant stakeholders.
- Use inline data to drive process improvements.
- Build and refine techniques to identify and resolve process issues.
- Participate in technical meetings to propose new approaches and opportunities.
- Maintain a continuous improvement process (CIP) mentality.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Master or PhD program in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field.
- A graduation date no earlier than September 2027.
- Experience or interest in root cause analysis, data manipulation, and correlation studies.
- Ability to innovate and drive change in a technical environment.
- Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.
