About the role#
As a TPG Global Industrial Engineer Intern, you will support the Industrial Engineering team within Micron’s Technology & Products Group. You will work on projects designed to enhance performance within a complex, highly automated semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role focuses on using data-driven solutions and advanced analytics to improve factory operations.
What you'll do#
- Identify key performance indicators to measure the success of R&D programs.
- Extract and analyze planning data from large data sources using AI.
- Build dashboards and reports using Tableau and other visualization tools by applying AI best practices.
- Create AI-enabled infographics to communicate data insights clearly.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar programming languages for data extraction.
- Strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing operations.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills.
