About the role#
Join the DRAM Systems and Component Architecture team to work on next-generation software platforms. You will contribute to AI-enabled workflows focused on memory-system architecture research. This internship role integrates computer architecture, DRAM systems, software development, and artificial intelligence to inform future memory technologies.
What you'll do#
- Develop software platforms and AI-enabled workflows for research.
- Accelerate architecture exploration through simulation and data analysis.
- Support technical decision making regarding future memory technologies.
What you'll need#
- A background in computer architecture and DRAM systems.
- Experience with software development.
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
