About the role#
As an HBM Design Development Technical Leadership (DDTL) Intern, you will support the planning and execution of next-generation HBM product development programs. You will work alongside technical leaders and engineering teams to manage project risks, track execution, and improve productivity through automation and data analytics. This role provides exposure to both the technical and leadership aspects of semiconductor product development.
What you'll do#
- Track schedules, dependencies, technical risks, and design readiness throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to monitor project status and coordinate deliverables.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and executive summaries to provide transparency into program health.
- Create automation tools and AI-assisted solutions to improve engineering efficiency and decision-making.
- Analyze project data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering Management, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience through internships, research, or academic projects.
- Programming or scripting experience using Python, C/C++, Tcl, or Perl.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentation software, and data reporting tools.
- A basic understanding of semiconductor, hardware, or engineering project lifecycles.
- Experience or interest in using AI tools and large language models to improve technical analysis.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
