Customer Feedback Analyst – Bus Location Information, Emerging Talent Intern

About the role#

The Customer Feedback Analyst intern will join the Fleet Technologies Group to support the management of the Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) system. This role involves investigating customer complaints, identifying root causes, and coordinating with stakeholders to resolve network errors. The intern will also assist with the Zero Emission Fleet Transformation (ZEFT) program through data analysis, reporting, and project coordination.

What you'll do#

• Address and classify the ongoing AVL complaints queue within Salesforce.
• Research background data for each complaint using internal software tools.
• Identify, verify, and document root causes for service issues.
• Communicate directly with customers to provide support and establish responses.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure network errors are corrected.
• Perform analytics and prepare presentations, tables, and reports for the ZEFT program.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a graduate program with a minimum 2.8 GPA.
• Preferred majors include Public Health, Operations Management, Communications, Data Science, or Business Administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage tasks under pressure, and collaborate as a team player.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
