About the role#
The DYMON Quad Intern position is a paid summer leadership opportunity for middle school and freshman high school girls. Interns participate in the DYMON Quad Summer Program while serving as ambassadors and role models for younger campers. This role focuses on building skills in leadership, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, health, and communication.
What you'll do#
- Demonstrate punctuality and professionalism in all program sessions.
- Engage in leadership-building activities and team collaboration.
- Develop a business or service idea rooted in personal interests.
- Conduct basic market research and identify target customers.
- Participate in budgeting and financial literacy activities.
- Practice public speaking, professional communication, and advocacy skills.
- Utilize digital tools for productivity, branding, and communication.
- Prepare and deliver a final project, such as an elevator pitch or product prototype.
