About the role#
This is an 8-month internship opportunity for an ambitious individual to gain hands-on experience in sales and finance. You will support the national business development group, executives, directors, and front-line sales staff. This role involves a mix of marketing, sales operations, and project management to help drive national sales goals.
What you'll do#
- Modernize marketing assets and design customer-facing rate calculation tools.
- Coordinate international trade shows and partner with internal teams and external agencies.
- Review current social media and digital advertising strategies while recommending new approaches.
- Build business cases for targeted digital campaigns.
- Develop a scalable onboarding program and create materials for new sales hires.
- Collaborate with Sales VPs and Directors to standardize quarterly reporting and support business targets.
- Support the modernization of CRM systems and track leadership meeting follow-ups.
- Provide project-based support for the National Accounts program.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business management, or customer service.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. French is an asset.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot, and Dynamics.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and comfort learning new digital tools.
- Ability to think creatively and solve problems.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Openness to using AI-enabled technology to enhance productivity.

- Location: Etobicoke, Ontario, Canada.
- Work Modality: Hybrid. Employees are required to attend the office at least one day per week.
