About the role#
The Administrative Leader Fellowship is a one-year, full-time, paid program for recent master's degree graduates. It is designed for those who want to become healthcare administrators and executives. You will work on key assignments to build fundamental skills and prepare for future leadership roles within the health system.
What you'll do#
- Engage in high-impact projects, strategic initiatives, and mentorship with senior leaders.
- Gain exposure to hospital and clinic operations, strategy, finance, human resources, and innovation.
- Participate in decision-making processes and system-wide initiatives that shape healthcare delivery.
What you'll need#
- A recent master's degree in fields such as MHA, MBA, MPH, MSN, or related areas.
- Demonstrated leadership potential, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills.
- A commitment to the Mercy mission and a passion for service.
- Previous experience in healthcare, consulting, project management, or administrative internships is valued.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site, full-time position.
- Locations include Rogers, Arkansas; Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and Missouri locations in Springfield, St. Louis, Washington, and Cape Girardeau.
- The program follows a rolling application term.
