About the role#
As a Business Technology Co-op, you will support the planning, testing, and implementation of construction technology initiatives. You will work on turning data into insights and ideas into tools that improve project management and field operations. You will begin with defined tasks and gain more independence and responsibility with each rotation. You will receive mentorship and training while contributing to digital transformation efforts across the company.
What you'll do#
- Support the planning, coordination, testing, and implementation of construction technology initiatives.
- Track project progress, document requirements, and collaborate across teams.
- Collect, analyze, and validate construction data to create dashboards and reports.
- Provide frontline support for business applications like Smartsheet and Salesforce.
- Troubleshoot issues, maintain workflows, and escalate complex requests.
- Support technology adoption through user training, documentation, and feedback collection.
- Identify ways to improve business processes, data quality, and operational efficiency.
- Assist with project coordination and stakeholder communication.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Co-op program at an accredited 4-year undergraduate degree program.
- Major in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, Systems Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Ability to complete three full-time, alternating Co-op rotations prior to graduation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work proactively.
- Commitment to accuracy, quality, and timely completion of work.

- Location: Atlanta, Georgia.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Term: Spring 2027, Fall 2027, and Summer 2028.
- Employment Type: Full-time, paid position.
- Note: Occasional jobsite visits may require navigating active construction areas and handling objects up to 50 pounds.
