Solutions - LATAM FX and Interest Rates Analyst - Fall 2026 US Graduate Program

About the role#

The Solutions - LATAM FX and Interest Rates Analyst position is part of a two-year Graduate Program designed to provide hands-on experience in front-office advisory functions. This role supports the Solutions and Sales teams in designing and delivering risk management and hedging solutions for corporate clients across Latin America. Analysts will gain exposure to derivatives execution, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within a firm focused on capital markets and operational excellence.

What you'll do#

• Support FX and Rates sales activities for Latin American corporate clients, including trade execution processes, pricing requests, and client follow-up.
• Prepare market commentary, trade ideas, presentations, and client marketing materials to support commercial discussions.
• Monitor macroeconomic developments, central bank activity, geopolitical events, and market trends impacting FX and interest rate markets.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify client opportunities and relevant risk management solutions.
• Participate in client meetings, conference calls, and internal strategy discussions.
• Assist with client onboarding and coordinate internal workflows across Trading, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Credit teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and reporting efficiency.

What you'll need#

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field, such as Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or Statistics.
• Strong academic background in finance, mathematics, or statistics.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required.
• A genuine interest in departmental tracks within the financial services industry.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.
