Legal Analyst - Fall 2026 US Graduate Program

About the role#

The Legal Analyst role is part of a two-year Graduate Program designed to provide hands-on experience within the US Legal team. You will support in-house counsel across transactional, litigation, and regulatory matters, helping to ensure the firm operates within applicable legal frameworks. This position provides essential capacity to the team, allowing senior members to focus on strategic advisory and complex stakeholder engagement.

What you'll do#

• Assist in-house counsel with legal research by gathering and summarizing applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide support in preparing and organizing legal documents for transactions, filings, and governance.
• Track changes in legal and regulatory requirements and assist in updating internal processes and policies.
• Maintain legal records and workflows to ensure documents are properly stored and accessible.
• Support compliance-related tasks, including tracking requirements under SEC, FINRA, NFA, and CFTC.
• Follow operational and risk management procedures while adhering to company conduct and compliance standards.

What you'll need#

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field, such as Political Science, Business Administration, Communications, Criminal Justice, or Philosophy.
• A genuine interest in the firm's departmental tracks.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.
