Operations - Foreign Exchange and Interest Rates Analyst - Fall 2026 US Graduate Program

About the role#

The Operations - Foreign Exchange and Interest Rates Analyst position is part of a two-year Graduate Program designed to provide recent graduates with hands-on experience in financial services. This role supports the US FX and IR Operations team by ensuring that transactions and operational workflows are executed accurately and efficiently. You will work within a centralized function to assist with day-to-day trade support, reconciliations, and settlement processes while partnering with front office, finance, and risk teams.

What you'll do#

• Support daily FX and IR operational activities to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing.
• Assist with reconciliations and core operational processes to maintain data integrity.
• Provide capacity to the team by executing routine tasks, allowing senior members to focus on oversight and issue resolution.
• Develop a deep understanding of operational processes and controls to support long-term team objectives.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by supporting enhancements in standardization, training, and technology adoption.
• Adhere to the operational risk framework and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, including those set by the SEC, FINRA, NFA, and CFTC.

What you'll need#

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A genuine interest in departmental tracks related to FX and IR operations.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on precision and problem-solving.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with AI tools, automation, or data analytics and programming platforms (such as Power BI, VBA, Python, or SQL) is considered an asset.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.
