The Capital Markets - Client Services Analyst is part of a two-year Graduate Program designed to provide hands-on experience across front, middle, and back-office functions. Analysts serve as the primary liaison for prime brokerage clients, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of post-trade operations. This role focuses on maintaining market stability and operational excellence through precise processing and proactive issue resolution.
What you'll do#
- Act as the primary point of contact for prime brokerage clients, managing daily post-trade inquiries and operational needs.
- Execute daily post-trade processing tasks, including trade confirmation, reconciliation, settlement, and the resolution of trade breaks.
- Perform daily fee reconciliation, review client fee calculations, and resolve discrepancies.
- Issue margin and risk calls while facilitating the movement of money and securities.
- Support corporate actions processing, client notifications, and onboarding activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including trading, sales, settlements, and technology—to support allocations and clearance.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements set by the SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC, and other applicable governing bodies.
What you'll need#
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Accounting.
- A genuine interest in the departmental tracks of the program.
- Ability to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
