About the role#

The Capital Markets - EMG Equity Derivatives Analyst position is part of a two-year graduate program designed to provide hands-on experience in front-office functions. Analysts support the Equity Derivatives IDB desk by managing trade lifecycles, ensuring accurate booking, and maintaining operational standards. The program emphasizes professional development, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to institutional trading workflows. Participants are expected to start no later than September 2026.

What you'll do#

• Support trade lifecycle management, including clearing, settlement, fee reconciliation, and the resolution of trade discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate trade booking across institutional client accounts.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of equity derivatives products, internal systems, and operational workflows.
• Build and maintain data analytics to monitor institutional options flow and generate market insights.
• Assist in mapping addressable markets and identifying new client opportunities to support desk strategy.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal operational risk frameworks.

What you'll need#

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
• A genuine interest in departmental tracks within the capital markets sector.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
